Your photos

You must own the photo or have permission from everyone in it. No photos of children under 13. You keep all rights to your photo; you allow us to use it only to make your portrait previews and art pack.

Free portrait preview

The free portrait preview is for your personal use.

Orders and delivery

• Digital art packs are emailed within 24 hours of payment.
• Prices are in USD.

Refunds

• If you're not happy with your digital art pack, email support@softstillstudio.com within 14 days for a full refund.

REAL HUMAN SUPPORT GUARANTEE

A real person answers within 12 hours, checks your portrait before we send it, and redoes it free if it doesn't look like your pet.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
